You will post in the appropriate category or area and will not do any of the following bad things:

• Violate any laws
• Be false or misleading;
• Infringe any third-party right;
• Distribute or contain spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm noriella-land.com or the interests or property of noriella-land.com users;
• Impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of noriella-land.com
• Copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent;
• Collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;

You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do. As most of the stuff in noriella land comes from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what’s offered. We also cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted we expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, including those of quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute. We are not liable for any loss, whether of money (including profit), goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of noriella land, even if you advise us - we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damage occurring.

 

Posting Policies:

The following activities are prohibited from noriella land in the Middle East:

• Posting an ad if you are not located in the Middle East.
• Posting multiple Ads that are too similar to each other
• Posting an Ad that serves no other purpose than to send traffic to another web site
• Posting an Ad that degrades anyone or contains "hate speech"
• Posting pornography, nudity or other material that is obscene or adult in nature or harmful to minors
• Infringing the rights of third parties e.g. offering counterfeit items for sale
• Encouraging others to break the law
• Misleading others by false statements

You can post as many ads as you want per day. Ads will be deleted automatically after 30 days from being posted. You may re-post your ads on the 31st Day.
Noriella land reserves the right to delete any ads or other content from the site that do not comply with the noriella land policies or otherwise negatively impact the community, noriella land or any third parties.

Disclosure. We don’t sell or rent users’ personal information to third parties. We may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a posting or other content violates other’s rights, or protect anyone’s rights, property, or safety.
